Trading Window shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, inter-alia, the approval of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 would be considered by the Board.
