Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby wishes to inform the appointment of Ms. Kirti (Membership No. A75701) as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd. ("Company) w.e.f. 20th April, 2026. Ms. Kirti is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. She will also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
