Supermarket Income REIT PLC announces that three Directors participated in the equity issuance as set out in the Results of the Issue announcement dated 03 November 2026. Robert Abraham acquired 30,487 Ordinary Shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), Michael Perkins acquired 10,365 Ordinary Shares and Roger Blundell acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail).
