NOTIFICATION OF SHARE PURCHASE AND INTERESTS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
The Company has received notification that, on 27 October 2026, Martin J Gilbert, purchased 2,107,500 A Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.13 pence per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Martin Gilbert has an interest in 12,499,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 6.99% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company and 8,892,500 B Shares, representing 6.01% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
