We wish to inform you that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, vide its order dated 09 June 2026, in Writ Petition (Civil) Diary No. 35746 of 2026 (Karanartham Viramah Foundation vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr.), has rendered a judgment relating to the rights of mining lease applicants arising prior to the amendments to the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. In the said jud
