The Board of Directors of the company in its Meeting held today i.e. 09-09-2026, has considered and approved:1. Conversion of 1,54,400 (One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred) Convertible Share Warrants held by the Promoter Group into Equity shares of the Company; and2. Allotment of 1,54,400 (One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, issued at Rs.1614/- per share (including Securities Premium Rs.1604/-), upon conversion of the said Warrants.
