Connemara Mining Company Plc ("Connemara", AIM:CON) and Boliden Tara Mines Limited ("Boliden Tara Mines") have agreed not to proceed with the proposed joint undertaking announced on 19th October 2011 on the Oldcastle Block of zinc/lead prospecting licences held 100% by Connemara.
