Empire Resources Limited (ASX:ERL, Empire) is pleased to announce the successful completion of Tranche 1 of the two-tranche placement to raise up to A$5,000,000 (before costs) as previously announced on Wednesday, 11 February 2026. Under Tranche 1 of the placement, the Company confirms that it has today issued 363,478,311 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.008 per share (Tranche 1)
