Change of Remuneration Committee Chairman

Landsec today announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, that Christophe Evain has become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.  Christophe has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since joining the Landsec Board as a Non-executive Director on 1 April 2019.

Christophe will take over from Edward Bonham Carter, who has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee since January 2019.  Edward will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Christophe's appointment became effective on 6 May 2020.
