METROPOLIS信都国际租赁 CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of Metropolis Capital Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms. Lo Lok Ting Teresa (“Ms. Lo”) resigned from her office of the company secretary of the Company (the “Company Secretary”) with effect from 15 June 2026. Ms. Lo confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is
