Invade Agro Limited("Acquirer) for acquiring up to 19,47,077 Equity Shares, representing 26.00% of equity and voting share capital of the Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Limited.The open offer is being made under Regulation 4 read with Regulations 13(1), 15(1) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulation, 2011 and Regulation 31A (5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
