Board Change
Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that, following nearly 10 years on the Board of the Company, and in line with best practice guidelines, Mark Cubitt has decided to step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 06 November 2026.
Mark joined Beeks ahead of its IPO in 2017 and served as Chairman until December 2024, continuing thereafter as a Non-Executive Director. During his time on the Board, Beeks has increased revenues tenfold since its IPO to £40.0 million in FY26 and expanded internationally, providing cloud infrastructure and analytics to some of the world’s leading financial institutions and exchanges.
The Company does not currently intend to appoint a replacement.

We have greatly valued his advice and support for what we wanted to build. It has been a pleasure working with him over the past ten years, and he leaves with our thanks and very best wishes.”
