Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of BCI Minerals Limited ('BCI Minerals' or the 'Company') requests that an immediate trading halt be placed on the securities of the Company pending release of an announcement to the ASX regarding an update on debt funding for the Mardie Salt & Potash Project.
BCI Minerals anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before market open on Tuesday, 15 December 2020.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
