The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 11th February, 2025 approved the preferential allotment of upto 66,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 11,913/- per equity share (including the premium of Rs. 11,903/- per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 78,62,58,000/- to Winro Commercial (India) Limited.
