Ningbo Changhong Polymer Scientific and Technical Inc. is planning to acquire 100% equity interest in Guangxi Changkexin Materials Co., Ltd. through a combination of share issuance, convertible corporate bonds, and cash payment, while simultaneously raising supporting funds.
