Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is convened to be held on Monday, the 10th November 2025 at 10.15 a.m. inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 any other matters with the consent of the Board.'Trading Window' for trading in the Company''s Shares was closed for all specified persons of the Company on and from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Accordingly, the Trading window of the Company shall be opened after the conclusion of 48 hours from the declaration of results on 10th November 2025.As required under the Regulations 46 the Notice of Board Meeting is being posted on the Company''s website.
