The Board took note of the consent received from Mr. Prasanta Kumar Swain to be appointed as Chief Financial Officer and to be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and after taking into consideration his profile, The Board decided to appoint him as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 16, 2025
