0:29 We made an order to have a clear production in April. Then parts in the world have happened, which has made some components have had a longer lead time. We thought they would come here in June, so that we could start producing and start getting some units out here before Q2 was over. But some deliveries made it first production towards the end of July and we have had the first deliveries that have started to go here now to the Netherlands. here in the middle of August. So it's starting to come out now. And we have, fortunately, had a very good start on H1 when it comes to upcoming businesses in Holland. The disadvantage is that everyone has been waiting for the new hardware from April. So now we have built up an orderly pipe that will be delivered to, which means that we have full supply with deliveries booked in all autumn. AB AB AB AB AB AB AB AB AB AB and that's where we see that these 1,300 we have a pipe that we will deliver here now before the change of year as long as we make sure that we manage to get the media staff we have all the implementations and get the deliveries before the change of year
2:00 so that's the most important focus right now because it's the deliveries of these 1,300 that builds up our ARR and that's what makes the ARR goals we have set up as innan vi stänger året här på års 22,5 kan uppnås om vi ser till att de här 1,300 levereras.
There are now new support systems that we can automate many processes. We have built up our pipe and our pipe right now has never been this big. It's fun to see. How many opportunities are there now on both the Swedish market and the Dutch market? Then things happen even on the other markets, where we have Iceland, Norway and Finland, where we should say that Norway has come to terms with some municipalities, where we will expand with more municipalities here during the autumn.
3:43 And then exciting dialogues in Iceland and still good dialogues in Finland, but there are no concrete businesses there yet. ... ... ... ... ... ...
4:16 We made a big step in the quarter where we hired more people, both in the Netherlands and in Sweden. It has been natural to get them on the track for a short period and then the summer period has been here, so now they are ready to work, get out and implement, which is the most important part. So that's an important factor. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . And we have around 40 municipalities that we have started to work with and that have some units out there. So there we are dealing with a larger volume in them.
5:09 Then we have also won the region Jönköping and also Västervik with municipalities around there. So we have agreements with more municipalities than these 40. So now it's just about making sure that we get those agreements going properly so that municipalities start to call on them. So if we just look at Sweden, there's a lot of potential, a lot of exciting opportunities. If we look at when we started last year, it was around four municipalities. Now it's 40 municipalities, plus that we have agreements with more municipalities that are going to come along. So it's happening a lot. Then the number of volumes hasn't happened so much in each municipality yet, but it's starting. We have a few municipalities now that have over 100. We're going to make sure that more have over 100. So there we are. And you talked a little bit about that we have employed more to be able to get more units.
5:56 How does that relate to the fact that we have gone from seven people from the beginning of the quarter last year to 14 people now? How does that look with the cost base and how we continue to employ compared to the growth?
6:11 Yes, but we need to invest a bit now to be able to have this big growth, so we need to get more. Then, as compared to last year, we have made the acquisition of Holland, so now those people are also counted in. So we have five in Holland and then we have nine in Sweden. So we have grown from 7 to 14, but some people we have worked with before via our partner in Holland. So we would say that we still need to be more, but now we will be with the people we are, make sure that we grow in volume on the number of units that give us a return on income. And in that way, we will be able to scale up with more people when the income side also increases completely.
6:58 And you mentioned that in Holland that we have gotten several people in there. And how does the growth look in Holland compared to Sweden? How does the market look there?
7:08 The growth there is good, but it doesn't show on the numbers. Because it has been really still in delivery since a little before April. Since the prognosis was that they would get it in April, there have been many customers who have been waiting for guests since February. So it's been still almost all year in delivery. But we have built up a customer base that is waiting for the delivery. So what are the three strongest parts that the shareholders have to take with them from Q2, where we have laid a strong foundation?
7:35 What do you feel? If we look at the start of H1, we have partly widened ourselves with displays, which means that we have widened how our product works. We have a product that can both work standalone, without a screen, an initial phase, and a little simpler, automatic. And then you can add a screen that makes it more advanced. This is also a unique solution that makes us stand out from other competitors. We have built an incredible pipeline. We now have more than 40 municipalities in Sweden. We have several municipalities in Norway that will start. We have an incredible pipeline in Holland with customers that will start. We have updated a completely new admin system with our app that we will also launch in Holland.
8:22 AB AB AB AB Jättebra, stort tack Anders. Tack själv.
