The Trading Window for dealing in Company''s securities shall be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) w.e.f. 1st July, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
