Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company")

Purchase of own shares

The Company announces that, from 27 October 2026 up to and including 30 October 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares through Goldman Sachs International ("GSI") on the London Stock Exchange in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2026 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 27 October 2026 as announced on 22 October 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the Company has 2,524,184,660 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This information may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Since 27 October 2026, the Company has purchased 1,855,225 ordinary shares.
