The Company announces that during the period from 27 until 30 October 2026 (“the Disclosure Period”), it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each (“Shares”) through Barclays Bank plc (“Barclays”), in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 11 September 2026.
