The following notification is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA").

The Company confirms that at the close of business on 31 October 2026 its issued share capital consisted of 410,776,870 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), each carrying the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the close of business on 31 October 2026 was 410,776,870.
