Sunda Energy Plc (AIM: SNDA), the AIM-quoted exploration and appraisal company focused on gas assets in the Asia-Pacific region, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 841,535,105 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with one voting right per share (“Ordinary Shares”).  The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 841,535,105.
