MegaChips Corporation (the “Company”) hereby announces the status of share repurchases that was resolved at the meeting of Board of Directors on February 6, 2026. All repurchases authorized under the resolution have now been finalized. Regarding the cancellation of treasury stock approved in the same resolution, the Company will provide further details once the retirement date has been determined.
