Pursuant to the provision of Reg 9(1) of the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all directors, officers and designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01/10/2026 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30 September, 2026.
