The Board of Baydonhill, a provider of integrated services to private clients,
IFAs and corporates, notes the recent movement in its share price. The Board are
not aware of any reason for the share price movement.
As reported in the Company's interim statement on 28 November 2006, the Board
notes that additional working capital will be required during 2007. The Board
are already in discussions with certain parties to assist in this fundraising
and look forward to updating the market as and when these matters materialise.
