The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 05.03.2026 has inter alia decided the following:1. accepted the resignation of Ms Sneha Saraswat from the post of Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f 05.03.20262. Approved the appointment of Ms Richa Saraf as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f 05.03.2026
