Subject: Closure of Trading Window in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 This is to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 1, 2026 for the de
