Kindly note that we have already approved the financials in duly held board meeting of the company on 14th November, 2024 and uploaded the same within 30 minutes of closure of the meeting. copy of acknowledgement is attached for your kind perusal. Further due to discrepancy observed by the stock exchange via email dated 25th November, 2024, we have re-submitted the financials on 26.11.2024.
