Hoffmann SE, a company of the SFS Group, is acquiring the three partner companies Gödde GmbH, Oltrogge Werkzeuge GmbH and Hch. Perschmann GmbH. The transactions are expected to be completed by the end of March 2026, subject to approval under merger control law. These strategic acquisitions will extend direct market access in Europe and leverage potential synergies.
