Sale of Interest in Balamara Resources Limited

CEB Resources plc (AIM: CEB), the mining projects investment company, announces that it has sold the remaining 9,770,000 ordinary shares it held in ASX-listed Balamara Resources Limited ("Balmara") for an aggregate consideration of AUD $178,108.23 (at the date of this announcement approximately GBP 91,497). The Balamara shares were received as consideration for the sale of the Mariola coal project.
