NCLAT Order dated February 27, 2025 is attached. NCLAT has set aside the impugned order passed by NCLT on April 22, 2024 and accordingly, the Company is released from the rigours of CIRP process. In view of the said NCLAT Order, the power of the Board is reinstated.
