Portmeirion Group PLC 28 March 2003 PORTMEIRION GROUP PLC AMENDMENT TO DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE Further to the announcement released on 12 March 2003, Portmeirion Group Plc announces that the Directors propose the payment of a final dividend of 9.95p per ordinary share on 30 May 2003, not 27 May 2003 as previously stated. The dividend record date and ex-dividend date remain unchanged.
