The Additional Commissioner, Central GST & Central Excise, Surat Commissionerate, vide Order-in-Original No. Surat/GST/KPJ/57/2024-25 dated February 03, 2025, imposed a penalty of Rs. 10,61,46,804/- (Rupees Ten Crore Sixty-One Lakh Forty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Four only) on the Company. Aggrieved by the aforesaid Order-in-Original, the Company preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority
