This is to inform you that in the intimation dated July 08, 2025, submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the term "Change in shareholding/Management" to be read as "acquisition of Shareholding/Control" of the Company.All other contents of the same remain unchanged.RBI approval for change in management is pending for approval.
