We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on today has inter alia, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Neha Gyanchand Jain (ICSI Membership Number : ACS 43694) as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company (Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f 1st March, 2025 pursuant to the provision of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure I.
