This is with reference to Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby confirm that:a) There is no payment of Interest/dividend/principal obligations due to repayable by the company i.e Rajasthan Petro Synthetics Limited or any Non- Convertible Securities in the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.b) There were no unpaid interest/dividend and principal obligations in relation to the Non-Convertible Securities in the quarter ended on 31st March, 2026.
