(the "Corporation" or "QNC"), an innovative developer of cryptographic solutions based on Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG), announces today that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jean Charles Phaneuf, as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Marc Rousseau, director of the Corporation, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rousseau will work to ensure the follow-up and continuity of the current operations and transactions.
