Public Power Corporation S.A. ("PPC") announces that in the context of its buy-back programmeforthepurchaseofupto38,200,000ofitsownshares,fortheperiodfrom 27.02.2025 until 05.03.2025, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 296,359 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the above-mentioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 21,723,831 shares issued by it, which correspond to 5.8829% of the Company's total shares.
It is noted that, on 13.12.2024, PPC proceeded to the cancelation of 12,730,000 own shares resulting in its share capital amounting to 369,270,000 common registered shares.Thissharecapitaldecreasedoesnotchangetheabovementionedmaximum number of shares (38,200,000) that PPC may purchase. Therefore, on 05.03.2025, the totalnumberofsharesissuedbyPPCthatitmaypurchaseuntilthetermination ofthe current buy-back programme amounts to 3,746,169.
