PORTO SEGURO SA (" Company ") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the merger between Porto Serviço SA, a subsidiary of the Company, registered with the CNPJ under number 51.430.503/0001-38 (" Porto Serviço ") , and CDF Assistência e Suporte Digital SA, a company registered with the CNPJ under number 08.769.874/0001-10 (" CDF "), and Porto Assistência Participações SA, a company registered with the CNPJ under number 46.559.987/0001-80 (" Porto Assistência ") (" Merger "), has been approved .

Due to the merger, there was a migration of the shareholder base from Porto Assistência to Porto Serviço, including BTG Pactual Economia Real Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Responsabilidade Limitada (CNPJ nº 35.640.811/0001-31), with which the Company entered into a shareholders' agreement on this date, regulating rights and obligations as shareholders of Porto Serviço.
