Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today 22nd August, 2026, has considered and approved the proposal for change of the name of the Company "Pace E-Commerce Ventures Limited", subject to requisite approvals.
