CALGARY, July 14 /CNW/ - On July 13, 2006 the Board of Directors of
Olympia Financial Group Inc. declared a $0.10 dividend on the common shares of
the Company to those shareholders of record on July 24, 2006 and payable
July 31, 2006.

taking financial institution with operations in Alberta, British Columbia,
