Astroscale Holdings Inc. (“We”) hereby announces that, at a meeting of its Board of Directors held late on July 17, 2026, we resolved to enter into a special overdraft agreement with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. This agreement extends the term of the special overdraft agreement that matured on June 30, 2026, while generally maintaining its principal terms and conditions. 1. Overview of the Agreement (Note 1)
