Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, confirms that the notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") has been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 26 November 2026 at the offices 32 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8AY.
