Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that its twentieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at its registered office of IFC 1, The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4BP on 10 December 2026 at 11:00 a.m. GMT.
The AGM Notice, together with the Company's 2026 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements (the 2026 Annual Accounts) had been circulated to shareholders on 8 October 2026, copies of which are available on the Company's website at: https://ncim.co.uk/cqs-new-city-high-yield-fund-ltd/.
Copies are also available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
