NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") announces that Heraclis Economides has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2027.

Heraclis has 30 years of investment banking experience, most of which was at Deutsche Numis where he was Managing Director of Investment Banking until earlier this year. During his eighteen years at Deutsche Numis he was sector head of the Building, Property and Real Estate team, providing M&A and capital markets advice to a number of UK listed companies.

Prior to working at Deutsche Numis, he was Managing Director for equity capital markets at HSBC, and before that he worked at Coopers & Lybrand. Heraclis is a qualified chartered accountant.  

LondonMetric also announces that Suzanne Avery will retire from the Board on 22 March 2027, following nine years as a Non-Executive Director.
