Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 31A(8) of SEBI Listing Regulations this is to inform you that with reference to the application made by the Company on January 10, 2025 in terms of Regulation 31A(10) of the said regulations for re-classification of Promoter and promoter group entities as public, the Company has received the approval from BSE Limited vide letter No. LIST/COMP/HN/17-A/2025-26 dated April 02, 2025.
