Intimation of closure of trading window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015-the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed with effect from 01st October, 2025 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives till forty eights hours after the declaration of un-audited financials results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
