Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended on 30th September, 2026 for the Designated Persons/ Connected Persons, as per the Code.
