Amendment of the 2025 financial calendar

Mathios Refractories S.A., in the context of proper and timely information to the investing public, and in accordance with Articles 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, informs the investing public that the Announcement of the Semi-Annual Financial Report 01.01.2025 - 30.06.2025 will be made on Monday, September 29, 2025, instead of Thursday, September 25, 2025, as initially announced.
